In the framework of the ERASMUS MUNDUS project ‘Mundus Musicalis’ (2005-2007), information on the professional music training in more than 36 countries in- and outside Europe has been collected. These national descriptions cover issues such as the duration of cycles, the qualifications, the different specialisations, the academic calendar, systems for quality assurance, etc.
